Our normal Help Desk hours are Monday through Friday:
- 6 AM to 5 PM PST
- 8 AM to 7 PM CST
- 9 AM to 8 PM EST
If you need IT assistance, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to open a support ticket. The more detail you can provide, the faster we can route and resolve your ticket. We love screenshots!
If you have an urgent issue, you can call the Help Desk at (510) 868-0289 (we typically follow-up after the call with a ticket via email).
If you need emergency support after normal business hours, you can call the emergency line at (949) 873-5577. If it's a user related issue and not a problem with the system, emergency support is billable at $225/hour. Otherwise, tickets submitted during non-standard hours will be handled during the next business day.
