Overview
Access your work emails on the go with the official Microsoft Outlook app.
If you run into any issues with duplicate emails sending, no emails sending, or other strange mail flow issues, please try removing your email account from your phone (possibly also uninstalling the app entirely), then re-add it via the instructions below.
Notes:
- These directions may vary from phone to phone.
- If you follow these steps and still cannot access your work email via mobile phone, it might be that we haven't enabled that feature for you yet. Please contact the Help Desk if this occurs.
Adding Your Email Account to Your Phone
Removing Your Email Account From the Outlook app
- Open the Menu at the top left.
- Click the Settings (gear) icon.
- Tap your account.
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
If you want to uninstall the Outlook app:
- For iOS, on your apps screen, simply hold the Outlook app icon and then tap the x on the icon to uninstall it.
- For Android, on your apps screen, simply hold the Outlook app icon, then select to Uninstall it from the menu that appears.
