How to clean up your mailbox
Watch the short video below (password: gobears) to learn how to reduce the size of your mailbox before you reach your limit.
Note: The video doesn't mention how to create a new search folder. To do that:
- Right click on Search Folders
- Scroll down and select the Size option
Additionally, if you don't see the Large search folder, you can create it:
- Right click on Search Folders
- Select New Search Folder
- Scroll down and select Large mail
*Note: There is an email archive option is a monthly cost, but in the interest of saving company resources and costs, we definitely recommend trying to reduce your mailbox size first.
