[1. Where to find a recording] Recordings from a meeting will generally only appear under the host's OneDrive account in the [Recordings] folder shortly (not immediately) after the meeting ends. If the meeting was over an hour long then it may take over an hour for the recording to appear.
A quick way to access these recordings is via the Teams app:
[2. How to manage a recording expiration date] These recordings almost always self-expire, by default, generally after 60 days. The expiration may quickly be changed by simply clicking the recording file and selecting a new desired setting from the accompanying player window:
[3. How to copy/move a recording] These recordings may quickly use up available OneDrive storage, so it is recommended to immediately move them to an appropriate Teams Channel "Files" or to a SharePoint site via "Move to", or, to download them to a file server via "Download":
