If your address list isn't updating automatically and contacts aren't showing up as expected, you might need to manually update the Global Address List (GAL) in Outlook by following these steps:
- In Outlook, navigate to Send/Receive > Send/Receive Groups > Download Address Book
- Leave the default settings as is, there should be a box checked
- Click OK
- Restart Outlook
