Please note: We only offer best effort support for home printers, and we do not recommend or support Wi-Fi printing. Connecting your printer via USB cable to your printer is usually the most reliable method.

For offices with a print server

If you do not know the print server name, please contact the Help Desk.

1. Click on the Windows Start Menu.
2. Start typing \\
   (The print server's name goes right after the \\, no spaces.)
   
3. Press Enter and it should display a list of printers.
4. Simply right click on the printers you want to add, then left click Connect.
5. If it prompts for administrator credentials, please contact the Help Desk!
