The Bluetooth menu is disabled. Although we do not officially support Bluetooth devices, you can attempt to connect by performing the following:
- Click on your Start menu and type in Devices and Printers
- Click on Devices and Printers
- At the top left of the Devices and Printers screen, click Add Device once you've set your headset to Find/Searching/Discoverable mode.
- A list will pop up and your headset should appear on it. Follow the rest of the on-screen instructions.
NOTE: Bluetooth devices used for Skype for Business purposes (e.g. a Bluetooth headset) often have major problems with being technically reliable and the Help Desk will not be able to resolve such issues.
