If your print jobs seem to be disappearing into the blue, you may need to input a user code. Some offices have established different accounting codes for the printer, depending on what department you are in. Here's how to input or change your print code:
- Open a Word document and go to File > Print.
- Select the desired printer.
- Underneath your printer selection, click Printer Properties.
- Navigate to Preferences > Detailed Settings > Job Setup. On the Job Setup tab, input your departmental or accounting code under User Code, then click OK.
