Surface Dock not working

If you connect your Surface Laptop to the dock but the monitor and peripherals don't connect, please try the following:

1. Unplug the Surface Laptop from the dock 
2. Unplug the power adapter from the dock, it should be the round connected at the very end of the dock
3. Wait 30 seconds and plug the power adapter back into the dock
4. Connect the Surface to the dock if that doesn't work try flipping the magnetic cable upward

There appears to be an issue where certain external keyboard/mouse will not work (unresponsive) and flipping the magnetic cable upward resolves the issue.
