Password Policies

What are the password guidelines?

Required

• Must be minimum length of 12 characters
• Cannot be the same as the last 5 passwords used 

Recommended, but not required

• Use random words, spaces, numbers, letters, and/or special characters (example: WHAT is!fruitbread 99%)
• Create a completely brand new password you've never used before for any account

NOTE: If you have just changed your password, you cannot change it again for another 24 hours for technical reasons
