Call Queues in Teams can be set up so that either call agents can opt in/out of queues or so that they cannot opt in/out of calls. If you have the option to opt in and out of Teams call queues, here's how you can toggle that on and off:
- Click on your profile icon at the top right of the Teams window, then select Settings.
- On the left navigation menu, click Calls, then scroll down to Call queues. Here you'll see a list of the call queues you are part of, and if there is a toggle switch, then you'll be able to simply click the toggle to opt into and out of calls from that call queue.
