From your work computer
If you're on your work computer, typically you would access your email through the Outlook desktop app or through your organization's default web browser.
If you don't have access to the Outlook desktop app
You can access webmail from any browser as long as you are connected to the internet.
You can access it the same way you would access Remote Desktop: Navigate to your organization's remote.DOMAIN.org web page, where "DOMAIN" is replaced with the portion of your email address between the "@" and ".org".
Then simply click Webmail and sign in with your full work email address and password.
(If it prompts you with another link saying something like, "Use the following link to open this mailbox with the best performance," go ahead and click that link.)
To access secondary mailboxes from webmail, please see this guide >>
From a mobile device
You can access your email a few different ways from a mobile device:
- You can add your account on your phone and access it through the built-in mail app or the Outlook mobile app: How do I add/remove email on my phone?
- Or you can use the webmail method detailed above through a browser on your mobile device.
