The Delete and Flag icons are missing in Outlook

Typically when you hover over an email in Outlook, you'll see a Flag and Trash or Delete icon. If those icons are missing, the simple solution is that you may be in Touch mode instead of Mouse mode. Toggle this mode by performing the following steps:

1. At the top left of your Outlook window, click the touchscreen icon.
2. Select Mouse.
3. That's it!
