If you're working in webmail and you don't see the secondary mailboxes you normally see in the Desktop Outlook client - never fear! This is expected behavior. To access those other mailboxes, you'll need to open them in a separate tab:
- In your webmail window, click on your profile icon at the top right, then click Open another mailbox.
- Type in the full email address of the mailbox you want to open (typically it will search through the Global Address List and you can select it when it shows up), then click Open.
The mailbox should then open in a new tab window.
