Below we'll go over some of the features you'll see on the left side of your Microsoft Bookings dashboard. These are features you'll use to customize your Bookings page. In the following examples, we'll be referring to a single Bookings page, but please note that you can create multiple pages to suit your business needs.
Add Logo
Simply click on the Logo icon to upload a new logo. The logo will be constrained within a fixed 1:1 aspect ratio (a smaller square box). The size/dimensions of this box cannot be changed at this time.
Calendar
On the Calendar page, you and your staff can add or update customer appointments. You can view your calendar by day, week, or month.
You can think of your Bookings page as a resource account with its own calendar. Any appointments scheduled by customers through your Bookings page are created by this resource account on its own calendar. This is important since you can only cancel or reschedule Bookings appointments with customers on this Calendar page. Changing the appointment on your own work calendar does NOT change the original appointment as it exists on the Bookings Calendar.
Booking Page
On the Bookings page, you'll find many settings like your scheduling policy, email notifications, time zone settings, and more. This is where you can customize the customer-facing look and feel, as well as other settings for your Bookings page.

Customers
On the Customers page, new customers can be added or imported from other accounts like Gmail, or a device.
Think of this as your Booking page's contacts list or address book. As customers sign up for appointments on your Booking Page, they will show up here. You can edit customer information and add notes that might be helpful for other staff. You can also manually create customers.
Staff
The Staff page allows you to add and manage your staff. It's important to add their email addresses so they can receive immediate notifications of new appointments.
If you want customers to be able to schedule with specific staff members, you'll need to add those staff members here. On this page, you can also adjust staff permissions to this Bookings page and customize their availability and email notifications.
Staff will need Administrator permission in order to modify or cancel any customer appointments. If you are concerned about Administrators accidentally editing settings for other staff members or any other settings, you can always opt to create a separate "business" for them with its own Bookings Page.

Services
The Services page allows you to add or manage the services that customers choose when booking an appointment.
When you navigate to this page for the first time, you'll see a default "Initial consult" service. There always has to be at least one service available, so you can either edit the existing one or add new ones and then delete the "Initial consult" service.
