Only do this if you are sure this is an org-owned and also help desk-managed iOS device. If you do this on your personally owned device (that is not work owned and not managed by the help desk) and don't know what you're doing, you could potentially lose a lifetime worth of photos and other precious, personal data if you haven't backed it up correctly. If you're unsure, email the helpdesk with the serial number of your device.
Even if this device is both a work owned/work assigned device and also one that the help desk directly manages, please note the help desk is not able to support any iCloud or similar in nature account you've associated with the device. This is because Apple exclusively manages and supports these types of accounts. All data should be backed up under Microsoft accounts (your name@your org) in Microsoft systems (eg you can sign into office.com and get to the data that way, you can see it in Teams, Outlook or the file server). Any data you've backed up in Apple-managed systems/clouds the help desk is not able to support the accessing/retrieval/association of that data or account in any way. Even if it's your actual work id (your name@your org) you've associated with an iOS account, Apple will consider that account to be under their exclusive control and the help desk will not be able to support or even broker support due to Apple's privacy policies.
