Vasion “Printer Installer” - Viewing and installing printers

The Vasion “Printer Installer” icon is located at the lower right tray area by the clock

Left clicking the “Printer Installer” icon will open your organization’s printer cloud portal webpage. You will select the SSO button to proceed to sign in.

Right clicking the “Printer Installer” icon will give you a menu allowing you to “View Installed Printers”.

Any preferred printers that are not already installed can be added directly from the printer cloud portal by simply left clicking them.
