Follow these steps to remove a device you no longer need for work:

Sign in to the Company Portal app and select Devices.

Select the device you want to remove. If you only have one device, you won't need to select a device so skip to step 3.

Next to RENAME, select the ellipses menu >Remove Device>Remove.
- After removing the device, you may still need to Sign-out.
Click on your user initials in the upper-right corner:
Then select 'Sign out' - Go to the Home screen. Open the Authenticator app:
- Locate only the 'Azure AD' entry, otherwise you may lose MFA functionality.
If you do not see the 'Azure AD' entry, then you may skip this step.
Select the arrow for more info: - Click the Gearbox icon for more settings:
- Select Remove account to complete the entire process:
If you are prompted to remove access for 'Just this App' or 'All Apps on this Device', select All. - You may optionally uninstall and work apps from your home screen.
