If you answer calls for a call queue, that means you are a call agent for that call queue. Depending on the call queue settings, call agents may be able to opt into calls or out of them at will. If this applies to you, here's how you can opt into and out of answering call queue calls.
- In Teams, navigate to the "..." ellipses icon at the top right of the window next to your profile icon, then click Settings.
- On the left, click Calls, then scroll down on the right. At the bottom, you'll see a list of any call queues for which you are a call agent.
If the option to opt in and out of calls is enabled for a call queue, you will see a toggle button. Simply toggle it on to start answering Teams call queue calls, and toggle it off to stop answering Teams call queue calls.
