You need to be given edit permissions to this file to sync it. If you think you have the permission, try following the steps below.
- Close all the browser open and reopen.
- If issue is the same, restart the computer.
- If the issue persist, submit a ticket to the helpdesk at helpdesk@lung.org to get an assistance clearing the computer drive.
There isn't enough space on this computer to sync this file.
Free up space by removing apps and files you don't need anymore. We'll automatically sync this file when there's enough space.
- Go to Download/Documents/Desktop folder from your computer.
- Locate the files that is unnecessary and delete each of them.
- Once done deleting files, go to the Recycle Bin (The icon is only visible from the Desktop).
- Go through the list of file from the Recycle Bin and delete any unnecessary files.
- If the issue persist, submit a ticket to the helpdesk at helpdesk@lung.org to get an assistance clearing the computer drive.
This file is open by you or someone else.
Tap or click to open the file in the Office app, so we can sync it.
