PhishAlert button using Outlook webmail

The KnowBe4 phish alert button doesn't automatically appear in Outlook webmail. You can perform the following steps to have that available.

Sign in at www.office.com.

Open Outlook webmail.

Click Settings > Mail > Customize actions

Scroll down until you see the Phish Alert check box and make sure it's checked.

Close the Settings window and you'll see the PhishAlert button in the reading pane.

Alternate method:

If you don't see the longer list of options following the above steps, give these a go!

Select a message in webmail.

Click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the reading pane and select Customize actions.

You should see the longer list of options. Just check the Phish Alert box and close.
