File Explorer is not responding

If you're having issues where opening File Explorer is causing your computer to freeze or it's just reacting very slowly, try these steps:

1. Open File Explorer.
2. Click on the View tab.
3. Click on the Options icon.
4. In the General tab under the Privacy section, click Clear.

5. Alternatively, you can also change "Open File Explorer to:" This PC instead of Quick access.
6. Click on OK.
