PhishAlert button in Outlook webmail

The KnowBe4 PhishAlert button doesn't automatically appear in Outlook webmail so here's how to make it available.

Sign in at www.office.com and open Outlook.

Click the Settings icon.

Click Mail > Customize actions

Scroll down and locate the PhishAlert checkbox and check it.

Save, if prompted and close.

The button should now appear in the reading pane (right side of window) in Outlook webmail.

If you don't see the longer list of checkboxes using the above steps, here's an alternative.

Select a message and click the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the reading pane.

Select Customize actions and check the PhishAlert box from there.

Save, if prompted and close.

Please note, the PhishAlert button does not appear in the webmail ribbon but in the reading pane only.
